For the distinct shopper, visit the Ida Christmas Mall in the downtown district on December 2 & 3, 2011. Over eighty craft and vendor entrepreneurs offer exciting merchandise in heated tents. Vendor tents will be open from 6 pm - 9 pm on Friday and 9 am - 7 pm on Saturday.

It is a destination shopping experience to start the Holiday season and it begins in the "big tent" known as the Ida Christmas Mall where crafter and vendor entrepreneurs provide great gift ideas for the Holiday shopper.

Christmas shopping is fun, especially at the Christmas in Ida Festival were parents can shop while the children enjoy activities and Radio Disney entertainment. Striving for a pleasant family day that will provide many opportunities for our vendors as well as our visitors, Ida is the place to be.

During the 2010 festival, it was estimated that over 36,000 people visited the downtown district visiting events and shopping in the many heated tents that were showing crafts and opportunities.

With French windows, the heated big tent in the downtown district is a success story for the vendor as well as the shopper. Providing four giant furnaces that warms the holiday spirit, the Ida Christmas Mall is a unique shopping experience. New for 2011 will be enhanced lighting that will provide brighter viewing of vendor merchandise.

As a service to our visitors, the Ida Civic Club will host a merchandise check-in located in the" big tent" where visitors can check their purchases and then pickup the merchandise when leaving the festival. Delivery to your car can also be arranged by festival staff.

Craft and Vendor Information

The downtown tent locations can be set up on Friday or Saturday morning, but will be open Friday evening between 6 PM - 9 PM and reopen Saturday at 10 AM. Security will be provided on Friday evening starting at 9 pm .

Individual rental tents are also available in many sizes and are made of heavy grade material and include lights. LP heater is also available. Please call for details and pricing.

Remember the largest attendance at the downtown location is from 4 PM to 7 PM. on Saturday. There will be a best of show award presented during the evening for the best holiday decorated tent. There will be plenty of entertainment and food vendors in the downtown area that will entice our visitors to remain for the 7 PM Parade of Lights. It is suggested to remain open until after the parade of lights.
