The Christmas in Ida Festival organization cordially invites you to become a sponsor of the 28th Annual Christmas in Ida festival to be held December 3 - 5. Event organizers have begun planning a spectacular Christmas celebration that will include national and international entertainment, and welcome an estimated 38,000 visitors during the weekend event to the Village of Ida.

There are numerous levels of festival sponsorship, which include the following:

Includes general level sponsorship advertising in 5 newspapers (estimated contacts: 83,100) Includes Friday Night Reception to be held at St. Joseph Church Hall after commemorative festival concert (approx. 8:30 pm). Tickets are not needed for the Friday night reception.

Includes All North Pole corporate level advertisement features Includes 15 radio spots over a four day schedule, week before event (estimated contacts: 3.5 million) Includes 4 Saturday night reception tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: We are working on an advertising deadline. In order to be recognized as a sponsor and to be included in all advertisements including brochures, place mats, posters and newspapers, sponsorships must be received no later than Thursday, October 7, 2010. Any sponsorship received after October 7 will only be recognized in newspaper advertising.
