The Christmas in Ida Festival cordially invites you to become a sponsor of the 30th Annual Christmas in Ida Festival to be held November 30-December 2. Event organizers are planning a spectacular Christmas celebration that will include national and international entertainment and will welcome an estimated 40,000 visitors to the Village of Ida

There are several levels of festival sponsorship, which include the following:

Children's Lunch Monetary or small goodies donated, to be included in gift for 200 Children (Children’s Lunch contribution may not be used in conjunction with Corporate, Major, or Partnership levels)

Includes Saturday Night corporate reception at Knabusch Insurance Center 5 - 7 pm (by invitation) Includes all corporate level advertising in 5 newspapers, brochure and placemat advertising at businesses, hotels, restaurants, and tourism locations Includes major sponsorship level television advertising during night light parade (estimated contacts: 356,100)

Radio Sponsor (K100 Country, Toledo) Limited to first 6 respondents	$ 300.00
Includes All North Pole corporate level advertisement Includes 26 radio spots over a six day schedule, week before event (estimated contacts: 4.0 million) Includes 4 Saturday night reception tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: We are working on an advertising deadline. In order to be recognized as a sponsor and to be included in all advertisements including brochures, place mats, posters and newspapers, sponsorships must be received no later than Friday, September 28, 2012. Any sponsorship received after September 28 will only be recognized in newspaper advertising.
