Pooches in Lights Parade
In conjunction with the Holiday Hounds on Parade, the Christmas in Ida festival presents the 2nd Annual Pooches in Lights Parade on Friday, December 4, 2020.
It's the cutest parade on earth. Dress up your pooch or pup with Christmas lights and take a stroll down Lewis Avenue.
The parade is open to everyone.
Meet at the Monroe Bank and Trust parking lot at Lewis and VanAkin.
The parade starts in the parking lot and will travel south to the Warming Tent for Yappy Hour with human and doggie treats.
No application needed, just show up for a doggie light parade. It's a parade unlike any other.
This event is a must for all dog lovers. All breeds of any age dressed in lights will excite parade visitors who line the streets of Ida.
Participants must have their dogs on a leash at all times and will sign a hold harmless agreement at the registration staging area.
Parking will be available at the Ida Township Community Center. The parking lot is accessible from Van Aiken Street (by the water tower).
